[slow summer]

Is it just me or is summer getting later and later every year? We're in mid july and its not even unbearably hot out yet. I'm not really complaining, its just an observation.

St. Louis was a lot of fun. Interesting lay out, seemed a bit of a cross between Detroit and Chicago. We hit the arch, the Anheuser-Busch brewery, the city museum, as well as just hanging out around town. Great fun and nice to take a little vacay. Here are the pics.

Nothing much has been going on. I'm such a bum. I work, play xbox, watch tivo/netflix. That's about it. I hardly go out anymore which is so odd. I think its a combination of apartment location and having mike as my roommate. Even though i'm the same distance aways from things as my last apartment, its just so different being west instead of north. And why go out and be social when i can stay at home and be social. Maybe I'm just getting old. Ugh.

Cindy invited me to her company's outing to a white sox game last week. Neither of us had been to a sox game before. We enjoyed ourselves but found that we were north-side snobs and much prefer wrigley.
